Wedding Planning

I have recently been helping to plan a wedding and I had no idea how much work was involved. I guess when you have not got married yourself you have no idea about everything there is to do from organising venues, flowers and cars to favours, invitations and wedding cake toppers. There are so many decisions to make that I would not have thought of such as whether to have aisle runners and what gifts to present to the ushers. I guess that I was under the impression that it was as simple as book a church, buy a dress and get some food for the church hall but of course it can be much more complicated than that. I suppose how complicated you make it does depend on how far you want to go. You could keep it simple, all in one venue with them organising everything and then there is just outfits and wedding accessories to think about. However, some people seem to want to make their lives difficult and my friend was no exception as she planned everything to the tiniest detail. However, it was worth it because she did have a fantastic time and everything went very smoothly.

I have been looking at everything mobile phone related lately. I am thinking of getting a new phone and I want to know which of the mobile phone accessories are cheaper because I want to get the phone which has the cheapest ones. I am always buying bits and pieces for my phone and I really want to make sure that I can find cheap ones. I do not mind paying more for the actual phone but as I like to have a selection of mobile phone cases for example, then I want to make sure that they are all a reasonable cost. It will take a bit of research and I will have to consider all of the things that I might buy. With a previous phone I was always buying cell phone chargers because they were always wearing out s that is something else I will need to look at as well as the car accessories and things like that. I think that it will be well worth doing this research as it could save me a lot of money during the life of my phone. I suppose I should also make sure that it comes with a good contract which is competitively priced as well – the importance of that had almost slipped my mind!

Womens Shoes

I think that womens shoes are getting ridiculous these days. The heels are getting really high ad narrow. I like wearing a bit of a heel as I do think that they flatter my figure, but they do tend to give me a back ache. This means that I tend to only wear them when I wear formal dresses and I am going to an occasion where I need to look really smart. The problem is that I tend to get used to wearing flat shoes which are wider, such as trainers or boots and then when I have to go back to wearing them again, they feel quite awkward. I am sure that my feet are getting wider or shoes are getting narrower. I find it interesting that when I used to wear teen clothing I would normally wear trainers or flat pumps but nowadays teenagers are wearing heels. It is a shame that they are likely to cause a lot of problems with their backs as they get older as well as putting themselves at risk from broken ankles and things like that. I suppose at that age you do not really care – I am sure that I would not have either.
