I am 14 weeks and 4 days with my first, and last night for about a good 5 mins, I kept feeling a light pinch/pulling in my lower stomach, and I also got the sensation as if “someone slide their finger across the inside of my stomach”
Was that the baby or my uterus growing or what?

When the baby first moves it feels kind of fluttery, almost like tiny wings moving. You will feel it but others can’t at first. The bubbles are probably in your stomach!

You are just about at the stage when you can feel the baby. Isn’t it the coolest thing?

What you are feeling and what your husband is hearing is most likely gas. 14 weeks is too early to feel movement — the baby is too small for you to feel yet.
