I just made some fondue, these are the ingredients…..
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
1 can (12 oz.) beer
Dash Tabasco
It’s all ready to go except it has a ring of grease around the edges of the fondue pot/bowl. Any way to fix this or get rid of it?
I thought I solved this problem once when I wadded up a piece of paper towel and went around the edge of the pot with it. It worked for about 5 minutes! Stir, stir, stir! Nothing else will work.
Recipe sounds yummy. I’m sure it’s probably all gone now!

no fondue is always gonna be greasy dont worry !!!its the natural oils in the cheese. you can scoop some out but thats the best you can do.
