Yes. Cruise Critic has “Roll Call” boards. You’ll have to register with them to participate, but it’s free.

cruisecritic.com is good. but it’s for older people usually like adults. i don’t know how old you are but if your older than me (17) try that. if your around my age and if you have a facebook or myspace try making a group.
